EC Premier Oscar Mabuyane wins bid to be excluded from SIU probe

Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane has successfully interdicted the SIU from investigating him.

The High Court has ordered he is excluded from a probe into academic fraud at Fort Hare University.

Mabuyane is accused of being registered for a Masters degree without completing his Honours.

He has emphatically maintained his innocence.
