Durban beach infrastructure neglected
Durban officials say the city is open for business despite battling to fix dilapidated infrastructure. But some residents are not convinced.
They feel that beaches should remain closed because of sewage that’s still spilling into the ocean.
Meanwhile, the city’s economy is taking a knock as visitors are unwilling to head to the beaches.
