The state capture inquiry will pursue criminal charges against former South African Airways board chairperson, Dudu Myeni.
Myeni is accused of revealing the identity of a protected witness at the inquiry. She later apologised for naming the protected witness, saying it was not intentional.
Myeni appeared before the state capture inquiry earlier this month. Her testimony was marred by her refusal to answer questions.
