THE JOB AT A GLANCE
As a Driver, you will be reporting to the Facilities and Asset Manager. You will be required to drive automobiles to transport organization personnel or visitors to and from appointments or around facilities, applying safety and security considerations. RMA-specific Purpose: To ensure the effective, efficient and cost-effective supply of the available stationery and office consumables to staff and departments and to assist the Facilities Manager and the communications centre with the other daily operations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Transport
Transport people goods and supplies on site, or to other sites, or to customers, working within established procedures to ensure on-time delivery of goods and supplies.
Operating Machine or Equipment
Operate basic equipment and machines and carry out routine tasks. Involves following strict, detailed instructions.
Equipment Maintenance and Repair
Help to maintain and repair equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict, detailed instructions.
Health, Safety and Environment
Follow basic mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.
Facilities Management
Carry out standard facilities management tasks for clear asks
Operational Compliance
Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
Operations Management
Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. Involves working within given settings or parameters.
Internal Client Relationship Management
Exchange information with internal clients by having courteous interactions with them.
