Driver absconds from crash leaves injured passenger

At 16H24 Sunday afternoon, Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Allan Road in Glen Austin AH, Midrand.

Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle drove into the back of a truck.

The driver was not found on the scene when emergency services arrived on the scene. The front passenger however sustained moderate injuries.

The patient was treated on the scene and once stabilised was transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment. The truck driver was not injured.

DJ Black Coffee, one of South Africa’s best in the business, has received the Male Artist of the Year award at the 2019 SAMAs. He’s currently on tour and could not accept it in person, but his eldest son was proud to do so on his behalf.

DJ Black Coffee is very busy and one of South Africa’s most popular disc jockeys. He is on tour at the moment, doing his thing quite brilliantly. He won the Male Artist of the Year Award at this year’s SAMAs, and because he is in Italy he couldn’t accept the award in person.
