Cellair Service Provider and Driver wanted: Salary R6 000 to R7 000 per month

To deliver the desired customer service experience to our Clients.

The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Responsibilities:
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Service Areas, -(not limited to) Paarl, Ceres, Worcester, DeDoorns, Robertson, Ashton and Montagu.
On site repair, maintenance of Airtime/Electricity POS prepaid Terminals.
Delivery of printer Paper Rolls.
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
Work remotely from Home.

Requirements:
Field service experience will be an advantage.
English and Afrikaans (Other languages an advantage)
Valid Drivers licence.
Ability to adapt to changing work schedules.
Positive attitude.
Willing to learn.
Punctual.
Productive/Prioritise planning.
Route planning.

Please note this position requires +/- 4500km driving per month as well as working in informal settlement areas.

Company Car, Petrol and Cellphone will be provided, however only for work purposes.
Own Laptop/PC with basic Excell on will be essential.
Expected Salary R6000-R7000 depending on Experience.
Possibly of growth to Rep position in the future.
