A Retail Pharmacy Franchise group is in need of a Draughtsman / Site coordinator. The primary responsibilities of this position are to design, develop and maintain in meeting the client’s expectations by producing high-quality plans on AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience in the retail pharmacy industry with the following:

Liaise with clients, visit the site and do site surveys.
Willingness to travel and work extensive hours.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner and be a company ambassador who displays the company values when dealing with clients
Produce accurate and complete drawings using AutoCAD
Accurately interpret drawings and specifications.
Ability to work on several ongoing projects at the same time.
Head project site meetings between the client and relevant parties
Ensure to always follow company specifications to maintain quality
Liaising with Project Manager and other internal divisions to execute each project successfully
Have strong technical & commercial abilities with solid retail knowledge
Must be able to meet strict deadlines, work well under pressure, be a good team player & be able to communicate well.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Matric qualification imperative
Draughting Diploma will be beneficial
Minimum of 5 years’ retail experience – Retail Pharmacy beneficial
Must have experience and qualification in AutoCAD
Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Fully computer literate in MS Office
