Mechanical design draughtsman required at company based in Pretoria. Military Vehicle designs on Solid Works. Must have proven skills in the design drawing field of sheet metal, Parts and detail components. Ideally a person with more than 5 years experience. Contract position.

Qualification and experience required:

Technical Qualification
At least 5 years of design drafting skills in Solid Works

Responsibilities:

Solid Works detail design drawings
Work under the company’s mechanical engineer to improve products
Design and refinement of parts and assemblies
Technical drawing for product orders which included working with sheet metal, machined steels, and plastic among other materials.
Mechanical design on vehicle parts and systems.
General data pack management and maintenance.
Engineering changes.
Publishing of manufacturing BOM.
Creation of Engineering libraries.
Project management for vehicle manufacturing and civil works.
Technical documentation.
