SIU wins appeal in Digital Vibes matter

The Special Investigating Unit has won an appeal to have more people added to the list of those who must be pursued in the Digital Vibes saga.

The SIU seeks to have two contracts that the Department of Health awarded to Digital Vibes reviewed and set aside.

They also seeks to hold Digital Vibes, Tahera Mather, Naadhira Mitha Radha Hariram and Dr Zweli Mkhize jointly liable for the repayment of approximately R150-million paid to Digital Vibes.

The DA had complained about Mkhize’s son having benefited from the contract.
