JOB DESCRIPTION:
Currently has a vacancy for a hardworking, dedicated individual to join their team in the Truck Workshop. Our comprehensive in-house technical facilities, staffed by qualified engineers and artisans, are responsible for our fleet and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to breakdowns, inspecting, repairing and maintaining our fleet and equipment.

QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE:
At least 8 years’ experience as a qualified Diesel Technician specializing in truck fleet maintenance
Must have a valid code 14 driver’s license; endorsement and a valid public permit
Must be able to work with minimum supervision

QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES :
Good communication skills
Self-motivated and results orientated
Must have sober habits
Enjoy practical and manual work & be able to work in a pressurized environment
Physically fit
Attention to detail
Willingness to work overtime when required
Must be a team player
Sound understanding of an array of tools and technical equipment

Candidate Requirements
