Our client is a leading provider of Diesel and Petrol. They are looking to urgently recruit an experiences and skilled Diesel Mechanic to provide repair and preventative service to their fleet of diesel trucks.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Diagnose and repair Diesel Trucks.
– Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all vehicles
– Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and repair problems
– Work closely with other mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient and effective repairs
– Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
– Stay up to date with industry developments and new technologies
Requirements:
– Qualified Diesel Mechanic
– 3 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic
– Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and other components
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to communicate effectively with drivers
– Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
– Knowledge of mechanical, electrical components of vehicles
– Logging and Record keeping
– Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
– No criminal record
