Job Description

Minimum requirements:

Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Trade Tested)
Code 10 or 14 Drivers licence
Vehicle testing advantageous
Exceptional Problem Solving skills needed
Root Cause Analysis experience in automotive
3 years Technical Supervisory experience

Key Duties:

Pre Delivery Inspection of Trucks
Conducting Finished Goods Audit for Trucks assembled
Doing Root Cause Analysis to determine any problems / technical issues
Lead in solving any technical issues/problems found in the production process of assembling
Doing the adjustments to correct issues/problems
Compiling a report on the technical issues encountered and provide that feedback to the assembly and adjustment team to make sure corrective action is implemented to avoid future issues
Responsible for problem-solving production and technical issues within the adjustment teams
Lead in the formulation of the technical process standards, implement those standards and track their progress while continuously update them. Apply Now
