Some Western Cape parties demand recount
The Western Cape IEC’s briefing has been interrupted by political parties accusing it of misconduct including rigging votes.
They are calling for a recount.
They say the IEC is in cohorts with the Democratic Alliance.
The DA has won an outright majority in the province, taking 19 councils so far and 289 seats.
