With a Global footprint and part of the Professional Services industry, you as the Regional Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for all aspects of onsite field support for Africa, including service delivery and asset management.
Your exposure to integrating operations from multiple countries and handling different cultures as well as managing a large team of personnel and services is what I need.
Your 12 years’ experience in all aspects of IT management and operations, extensive knowledge of on-site support services in an IT leadership position coupled with a completed tertiary qualification will set you apart.
