Mzansi Rappers react to Nasty C joining Def Jam Records

Nasty C is at it again, making waves and bagging major achievements. The young rapper has signed with Def Jam Records, an American label. His fellow rappers were impressed and full of praise when the news broke.

Nasty C has achieved a big deal once again – he signed with Def Jam Records. Not only does the young rapper join a super-admired American label, but he is also the first South African rapper to do so. Nasty has been teasing his fans with info about collabs with US stars and his fans are beyond proud of him.

Previously, he hung out with musos like Post Malone and confirmed working with No I.D and T.I.

Now, he’s spending times with the big guns in the entertainment industry. Def Jam is focused predominantly on hip-hop, pop and urban music, and has been associated with international stars such as Ludacris, Rihanna, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Lady Gaga, and now Nasty C.

The label’s CEO Jeff Harleston said:
