Applicants must be matriculated with financial background and at least 2-3 years Debtors/Creditors experience. Strong account reconciliations and MS Excel skills essential.
Responsibilities

Capturing purchase orders and invoices.
Invoicing.
Verifying invoicing and monitoring the approval process until paid.
Keeping a reconciliation of creditors account.
Account Reconciliations.
Statements.
Progress claims.
Receipt allocation.
Debt collection
Required Skills

Matriculated.
Financial Background
2-3 years Debtors/Creditors experience
Experience with account reconciliations
MS Excel skills – must be excellent
