Seeking a Registered Debt Counsellor to join our Team
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum level of education: Grade 12 (Matric) / N4
At least 3-5 years experience as a Debt Counsellor – NOT a Debt Collector
NCR Certificate·
DUTIES:
Debt Counselling
Customer retention
General Administration duties
Keep projects on schedule
Respond to questions and queries
Identify and overcome objections
Obtain customer information
Appear in court for matters
Update and chase delegated task to ensure progress to deadlines
Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines
Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
Implement marketing strategies and other procedures in departments
Responsible and accountable for all departments within the Company
Salary: Depending on experience
