One of South Africa’s high performing, technology led providers of customer management collection solutions is looking for Call Centre Agents, to work shifts between the hours of 23h00 – 09h00.

The primary role will be to contact debtors in Australia who have defaulted and arrange payments in a professional and effective manner ensuring that minimum Compliance and Quality standards, as well as portfolio financial returns, are attained.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric essential
Must have previous experience dealing with the Australian environment
3 years of Debt Collections experience a requirement
Proven track record in meeting Quality, Compliance and prescribed collection target standards
Superior client-centric skills to facilitate an optimal debtor engagement outcome
Excellent verbal skills, clear, understandable, appropriate tone, ability to mirror and match, good questioning skills
Clear criminal record
Ability to work SA night shift from 23h00- 09h00, Sunday – Friday
Microsoft Office package advantageous
Excellent communication skills – must be fluent in English
