Debt collection Contact center (DEBT-IN) in CBD seeks to employ a Collections Team Leader.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in working for a contact center or call center doing debt collection at agent level for a minimum of 3 years.

The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience being a Team Leader to Debt collection agents within a contact center or call center environment.

Requirements for the Debt collection Team Leader:

Matric
post-matric qualification would be beneficial.
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of good people management skills

DEBT COLLECTION experience in the capacity of a TEAM LEADER
Candidates applying must have reliable transport to work rotational shifts of 7 am to 4 pm and 10 am to 7 pm or a straight shift from 11 am-8 pm
