There have been 356 new COVID-19 cases that have been identified in South Africa in the past 24 hours, with a further 17 deaths.
This brings the total number of fatalities to 89,452 to date.
The cumulative number of recoveries stands at 2,924,978.

Nozuko Ntshangase has opened up about her suicide attempts. The Diep City actress recently made a YouTube video where she said she tried to take her own life three times.
She said on two occasions, she drank pills and on another paraffin. She did not reveal much about what drove her to it but said on one occasion she’d lost a friend. Learn More
