Death hoax kills Vusi Nova

Well-known South African singer Vusi Nova dismisses rumours of his fake death.

The award-winning singer and songwriter Vusimuzi Nongxa, also known as Vusi Nova, has confirmed he’s still alive.

This after rumours circulated on Facebook claiming the Joburg-based musician had died in a car crash last week.

Vusi’s management team at Ndana Holdings assured fans that the Thandiwe hitmaker is in good health and busy preparing for his upcoming show.

They expressed confidence that the rumours would soon dissipate on their own.

“There’s nothing we can say about the news as it’s fake. Those are just fake news as people are making this up,” they stated.

“Don’t worry about the fake news. Vusi is alive and doing well, as we speak.”

In February 2020, Vusi was involved in a car accident while en route to the airport. His car rolled, hitting a fence on the side of the road.

Despite the severity of the accident, the singer emerged unscathed and shared a video clip on social media showing the damage to his car.

The musician expressed his relief at having survived the accident without any injuries.
