Grade 12
Tertiary Recommended
At least 3+ years working experience in a similar role
Must speak English and African languages
Must be computer literate
Will work in a team of 5 investigators
Investigations of death claim cases
Death claims cases will be allocated
Contact the family members and any potential beneficiaries
Conduct interviews telephonically
Log information onto system
Internal training will be provided on in-house system
Log time spent on investigation
Collect documentation, affidavits etc from families and beneficiaries
Storing of documentation on system
Complete investigation
Compile recommendation reports in English on word template
Send recommendation for proofing
Amend report where necessary and send to client
Correspondence and feedback to clients on progress reports daily
Attention to detail to avoid legal matters
