Deadline for Former President Jacob Zuma’s response to affidavits loom

Former President Jacob Zuma has until the end of the day to file answering affidavits to the Constitutional Court in his contempt of court case.

The state capture inquiry took Zuma to the court for violating a court order compelling him to testify before it. The commission wants Zuma jailed for two years for this action.

Zuma, the Police Commissioner and the Police Minister are named as respondents in the case. The hearing has been set down for 25 March.
