David Makhura says ANC will emerge stronger from conference

The ANC will emerge stronger from its national conference.
So says Gauteng delegate and former Gauteng premier David Makhura.
He says despite the issues faced by the party, it has to pull its act together.
“I look forward to a successful conference of the ANC, this country requires a successful conference of the ANC.
“The ANC will emerge from this conference stronger to give leadership to the people of our country,” he said.
“There are many penitent issues that are facing the people of South Africa and it is upon the ANC to emerge from this conference having pulled its act together to give that leadership to the people of South Africa.
“We have many challenges we are facing, we have many expectations. And the ANC is not going to let the people of South Africa down,” he said.
