Data Capturer wanted Asap: Salary R15 500 to R16 000 per month
We are looking to appoint a Data Capturer/Administrator for our clients Sales Department
Confident in delivering exceptional sales /customer service across various platforms
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Data entry and administration experience
PC Literacy and typing skills
Excellent Customer service experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Superior organisational skills
Customer facing and professional skills
Principal Duties:
Monitor the sales email account – deal with enquiries and forward on to correct team
Maintain and input data in the company client/sales management system
Provide support to the sales team – answering calls and accurately and speedily inputting data – Data and diary entry into Excel Spread sheets
Provide Customers with updates on their Orders
Provide administration support and assistance to the Company’s Sales Representatives
Work alongside the Sales and Marketing Manager and support in all aspects of data entry.
