Currently, we are searching for a Data Capturer for Cape Town, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:
Compiling sampling reports, daily updates; capturing of sales orders, finalizing and sending files for checking.
Capturing of Packing lists / weight reports / Radiation reports / Loading reports.
Following up on the progress of consignment, assisting CSR’s with the workload.
Filing of documents.
Tracking of samples and documents.
Issuing of Job References and opening files.

Requirements of this Post:

Grade 12.
Must have excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Must have excellent telephone etiquette.
Must be able to prioritize and give timeous feedback.
Knowledge of Data Capturing, MS computer course (MS Word, MS Excel).
Must have excellent people skills.
Must be operations-oriented
Must have excellent self-management skills.
