The Group is looking for a Reporting Analyst to support business objectives through conclusive data analysis, modelling and report writing.

The specific responsibilities of this position shall include:

Develop high-quality dynamic reports within agreed timescales and scope;

Develop senior level management dashboards and summary reports;

Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;

Work with various product owners, business analysts and technical architects to develop reports from a set of requirements;

Create and enhance business reporting solutions and influence process improvements;

Ensure data integrity according to business and operational requirements;

Define and implement data privacy and security processes, policies and tools;

Research and self-training on latest technologies and

Other duties as assigned

Candidate Requirements
Beneficial :

BCom Informatics or BSC Computer Science (or related field), Salesforce Trailblazer Credentials.

Required:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience managing SQL Server , SOQL relational databases and/or developing efficient T-SQL queries, stored procedures, indexes, views, functions;

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience using Salesforce Dashboard Designer, Dataloader Etc.

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience using SQL Server Reporting Services, Report Builder;

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in data mining techniques and procedures and knowing when their use is appropriate

Technical expertise regarding data models, linked servers, and database design development;

Must have the ability to work with large sets of data and analyse it to find conclusions. Ability to take a business problem and clearly define ways to solve the problem;

Close attention to detail, conscientiousness of details;

Must be vigilant in analysis to come to correct conclusions;

Must be thorough and precise;

Experience developing drill down and ad-hoc reports;

Strong Excel skills (nested formulas, pivot tables, etc.);

Understanding Human Computer Interaction.

Ideal:

Extensive experience utilizing relational databases (SQL, SOQL, Salesforce);

Extensive experience automating SQL Server Agent Jobs, scripts;

Extensive experience creating dynamic and automated reports using SSRS;

Strong communications skills, including the ability to communicate clearly about ideas and

designs both verbally and in writing in an understandable and compelling manner;

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team – self-motivated team player;

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management;

Superior abilities in problem analysis and resolution;

Resourcefulness in resolving problems and establishing clarity;

Demonstrated ability to manage successful completion of projects within necessary timeframes;

Excellent customer service & well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and

Detail and results oriented with a high degree of accuracy
