We are on the lookout for a Permanent Customer Services Officer

Key Activities will include, bug not be limited to;
Dealing with clients telephonically and face to face , making sure their requests or queries are logged accurately onto the system
Capture any further or updated information
Follow up on their behalf and keep customers up to date and happy.
Full query/complaint resolution

We are looking for a candidate with;
Grade 12
Must have 3 to 5 years experience in a similar type of role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate and be able to work on Microsoft Office
Energetic, positive and engaging with A passion for customer service
Adaptable and hard working with the ability to take initiative, and handle and meet deadlines
