Require person who understands German and is able to speak and write in German for an International Call Centre dealing with event tickets. Responsibilities will be to provide answers via skype and on occasion speak directly with clients telephonically, in order to support them or assist with a problem. Must be a team player and be able to multi-task. Computer literacy – Ms Office – will be needed. This is a vibey, fast pace and “can do” working environment.
