Customer Service Consultant

Assisting with customer queries via email and incoming calls
Should have Sage Pastel Partner Knowledge
Keep a track of all new registrations on a shared database
Printing updated pricelist
Update shared database on a daily basis
Register new clients aswell as activating clients online accounts
Filing all new registration forms
Proved multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple mediums of communication simultaneously including, phone, email and walk-in clients while working in a fast-paced environment
Assist with all functions revolving customer service
Ensure premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Passion and love for customer service- training provided on all products
Must have experience in retail sales
