The main purpose of this job is to ensure that faulty units returned for service is booked in and allocated to the required technical staff for repair or exchange consideration.
Execute Rectron standards of excellence in all forms of interactions with customers and provide superior levels of service to customers according to CSI standards set by Rectron

Primary Objectives:

Ensure accuracy when booking in defective products that are returned
Attention to detail is required during the book in process and any irregularity needs to be noted on the job sheet and the customer notified of such irregularities.
Ensure that customers are assisted timeously and advise them of approximate duration that they may have to wait to have an issue resolved.
Effective customer communication regarding jobs.
Ensure the correct release of goods
Ensure that customers sign all required documents on a collection of goods
General admin and housekeeping
Other duties as required by your line supervisor

Experience (experience required for the job)

Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service department
