Call centre in CBD seeks Experienced Customer Service Agents for their international USA campaign
As a customer service representative, you are responsible for incoming traffic (by telephone, mail, chat and/or web).
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Working experience with computer (MS Office) and internet (Internet Explorer, email)
Experience with customer contacts (Preferably by telephone)
Advanced English Language skills (excellent grammar, spelling, pronunciation and reading skills)
Excellent communication skills in English as you will be dealing with international clients (Written and Oral)
Ability to work with 6 different systems
Shift work- Call centre currently works 24/7 therefore agents will be shifted accordingly in order to meet requests for coverage. (Shift times: 12pm-9pm and 9pm-5am)
Typing speed of 30 words per minute
Salary structure- Market-related basic salary + Night shift allowance
Training- 2 weeks (No absenteeism allowed during training!)
