Call center in CBD seeks to employ an experienced Customer Service Team Leader for their international USA campaign
Minimum Requirements for a customer service team leader:
Matric
MINIMUM 12 MONTHS INTERNATIONAL US CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE in capacity of a team leading role.
2-3 years experience in customer services (International or Local campaigns)
Working experience with computer (MS Office) and internet (Internet Explorer, email)
Advanced level proficiency using Excel (e.g. formulas, macros, pivot tables, conditional formatting and linking)
2- 3 years Experience with team/people management.
Advanced English Language skills (excellent grammar, spelling, pronunciation and reading skills)
Excellent communication skills in English as you will be dealing with international clients (Written and Oral)
Ability to work with 6 different systems
Shift work- Call center currently works 24/7, therefore, managers will be shifted accordingly in order to meet requests for coverage, therefore, they must be able to work weekends and night shifts (Any hours between 11am-5am).
Typing speed of 40 words per minute
Salary structure- Market-related based on experience + Night shift allowance.
