Best suitable candidate for this position, must have minimum 3 – 4 yrs Administraion Management exp. in chemical industry, to do the following:-
Negotiations
Management of team
Ensure customer requirements are communicated to correct departments
Comply with all finacial & otherr authorisation procedures
Ensure documentation sent by department to customers is accurate
Ensure all precesses are correctly controlled
Consignment stock counts /control & invoicing
Comply with SHE activities & strategies
Adhock duties, such as:- Customer queries, stock moving & stock review, debotrs queries, delivery & logistic issues, CPU & service invoices, consumable order fo9llow-ups.
Required Skills
administration manager : 3 to 4 years
Customer Care manager : 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qual.: Matric – pref. post commercial degree or diploma
Completed basic Administration / Logistic training
Computere litirate in MS Office + SAP
Minimum 3 – 4 yrs Administraion Management exp. in chemical industry
