Our young company is growing and hence are looking for a new team member, in the role of a “Customer and Champs Care Coordinator”.

We offer flexible, transparent and tailored short and long-term solutions for individual families seeking home care services and products for Elder, Frail, Disabled as well as Post-operative Patients.
Our Web/Mobisite and CareChamp APP allow for customers to engage with us through live chat, book for care and pay online. Our CareChamp App allows for the Field Champs to see their schedules, assignments, tasks, patient information and allows for Champs to clock in and clock out of their jobs plus submit reports directly within the system. Our online store sells mobility aids and homecare furniture.
We are based in Sea Point, Cape Town and deliver care services nationwide
Your Role will consist mainly of the following:
Coordinate allocated clients/patients: Understand clients’ requirements & form close relationships with clients/patients, Report Back weekly, Invoicing.
Coordinate allocated care teams: Be close to the care teams and ongoing capture relevant information, Manage Schedule allocation, Payouts, Reports submitted.
Start date: 1st October 2019
Work Hours: Flexitime work starts between 7 am – 9 am; 40 hours/week; 15 annual leave days
Requirements
Who are we looking for:
Your administration skills are fantastic, you are very organized and detail orientated.
You love systems and have proven experience and track record using different systems and software on a laptop/desktop.
You are not shy to engage with clients over the phone & you have the confidence to manage care teams across the country.
Your mind is customer-centric.
Previous Healthcare/nursing/ caregiving experience is a Bonus
Tertiary Education is a Bonus / Min. Grade 12 required.
