Creditors Clerk – Knysna

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Finance related certificate/diploma is advantageous
• Previous Creditors experience
• Sage Evolution experience is advantageous
• MS Office (Word, Excel and Email) is essential
• Experience in Hospitality Industry is advantageous.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Show initiative by taking control of tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and service orientated

Responsibility:
Duties:
• To accurately process customer and supplier invoices in the accounting system
• Ensure invoices are properly authorized
• Check and match invoices against orders.
• Ensure month end deadlines are met in order for payment to take place
• Monthly recon and sending of statements
• Filing of invoices
• Running of errands
• Other adhoc duties as required
• Obtain necessary paperwork from clients
• Provide sales support
• Digitize all paperwork

Salary:
• R 11 000 – R 13 000 CTC
