Montague Gardens. R20k – R27k. Require person with Matric with accountancy as a subject & a tertiary qualification. 10-15yrs experience will be good and who is on the ball and a go-getter. Responsibilities will include assemble, review and verify invoices, set invoices up for payment, post transactions to journals, ledgers etc., prepare analysis of accounts & monitor accounts to mention a few. In addition resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with vendors. MUST have knowledge of Accpac (Sage) & Excel, knowledge of creditor payments, accounting procedures as well as data entry and management. Obviously attention to detail and confidentiality is of the utmost importance. We are searching for somebody who is passionate about Accounts Payable and not just looking for a job.
