Duties & Responsibilities

Brilliant command of the English language and content writing
Above average communication skills (telephone and face to face)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Trustworthy
Work independently and be self-motivated
Dedicated focus on meeting targets and results
Ensure accurate posting of customer and suppliers invoices, payments and maintenance of the ledger in SAP by checking postings
Update and reconcile monthly creditor SAP accounts against suppliers
Check daily bank statement captured by FSSC.
Manage and control second petty cash box

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric
Diploma or Degree will be an advantage
Proficient in Office and SAP
2 Years of experience in a multi-currency company
Petty Cash
