My client is based in Highlands North.

They are looking for a Creditors Clerk to join them on an initial 6 – 12 months contract period.

The ideal candidate will need exceptional accuracy, speed, and experience with both managing creditors and collecting due funds.

Education

Matric

Relevant Tertiary Diploma/Degree/ Certificate

Description

The main purpose of this position is to perform all duties and responsibilities in a accurate and timorously manner.

Key responsibilities include:

Experience with Great Plains Accounting Package

Ensuring funds owed are collected timeously

Reconciliation and payments

Negotiation of sundry increases with suppliers

Collating of group documents

Consolidated factored payment runs

Maintain and review suspense accounts in respect of goods in suspense, outstanding order reports, and transport suspense

Handle all creditors related queries

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

Matric

Relevant Tertiary Diploma/Degree/ Certificate

Great Plains Accounting Package

3 – 5 Years Creditors Experience

Include: Current Cost to Company, Expected Cost to Company, Notice Period and Reason for Application.
