Dealing with Franchisee accounts, payments and queries. Processing of receipts accurately and communicating with Franchisees via email and telephonically.
Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position
Capturing payments accurately on a daily basis
Requesting Remittances from Franchisees
Sending of statements on a weekly basis
Uploading Debit Orders
Resolution of :
Ø Customer queries on invoices received within 24 hours
Ø Customer queries on payments and payment allocations
Reconcile applicable customer accounts weekly, monthly or according to credit
Ensuring that payments are made on time and all late payments on accounts are dealt with accordingly
PBD payments to be confirmed prior to releasing of stock
Weekly reporting on accounts and outstanding balances
Account details to be check and updated where necessary
Compiling month-end Accounts Receivable Report
Relevant information on customers account to be relayed to Team Leader and Regional Financial Manager
Education and Experience
A minimum of Matric
Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
Ability to communicate well and show diplomacy, build Customer Relationships
Good Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work well under high pressure
Financial numeracy
Computer literacy (Sage X3, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook). Apply Now
