Call center company in CBD seeks to employ a credit controller/ debtors clerk. The ideal credit controller will assist with Issuing of statements to clients, reconciliation of accounts, making arrangements for payment plans with customers and ensuring that they are adhered to through effective follow-up and escalating or resolving queries to facilitate payments from customers.
The debtors clerk should have experience in dealing with business to business clients as well as creditors. Candidate needs strong communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with attorneys.
Salary structure: 4k-4.5k basic plus commission
Requirements for ideal credit controller/ Accounts clerk candidate:
– Matric(Compulsory)
– 2-3 years experience dealing with accounts, credit control, account reconciliation, accounts, logging tickets to solve queries
– Reliable transport, must be able to work 2 Saturdays in a month.
-Credit controller must be computer literate and be able to achieve targets set as this is a target driven call center.
