Gauteng Premier David Makhura is providing updates on COVID-19 in the province.

President Cyril Ramaphosa spoke on Monday on the government’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Ramaphosa said infections in Gauteng are growing exponentially and this is expected to increase as residents return from travelling during the festive period.
