1 420 new COVID-19 cases, 2 more deaths recorded in SA

The National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD) has reported 1,420 deaths.

It has also reported 2 more COVID-19 related deaths.

Gauteng continues to lead with 548 infections, followed by the Western Cape with 354 infections.
