South Africa records 6 762 new COVID-19 cases, 181 deaths

South Africa has recorded 6,762 new COVID-19 infections in the last 24 hours.
The Western Cape is leading in terms of new infections with 1,910 cases.
KwaZulu-Natal is second with over 1,200 cases.
Gauteng has 1,454 cases and the Eastern Cape recorded just under 800 new cases.
The rest of the provinces recorded under 500 new cases.
The positivity rate stands at 15.5 percent.
Sadly, 181 people have died, taking the death toll to nearly 93,000.
