South Africa has reported 6,170 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours.
27,310 tests were conducted in the same period which represents a 22.6% positivity rate.
The Department of Health has reported 30 deaths; of which 2 occurred in the past 24 to48 hours.
The total number of fatalities now stands at 100,407.
