Cabinet raise concerns over reckless COVID-19 behaviour

Minister in the Presidency briefed the media on the outcomes of a cabinet meeting held on Wednesday.

According to Mthembu, the cabinet is concerned that some South Africans are behaving recklessly as if COVID-19 no longer exists.

Cabinet is calling on South Africans to continue adhering to health protocols or social distancing and social distancing.

Meanwhile, South Africa will host an investment conference next month that will focus on the economy and jobs.

It will be the third such conference and this year it will happen virtually. Government is hoping to raise billions as it had in previous years.
