Court to rule on Cape Town refugees

More than 700 Cape Town refugees in a court battle with the city will know their fate on Monday.
The refugees have been living in and around the Central Methodist Church on Greenmarket Square for nearly four months.
The city wants the refugees to be removed from the church. The refugees were forcefully removed from the United Nations Refugee Agency offices. They are demanding to be moved and resettled to other countries.
