Dirco to appeal Cuba donation court ruling

The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Naledi Pandor says the government intends to appeal the High Court ruling on the Cuba donation.

Afriforum won an urgent interdict blocking the government’s planned R50-million donation.

Pandor says they are studying the judgment explaining that the money was to be donated as humanitarian aid.
