Cops still searching for escaped Tshwane prisoners

Dangerous escaped criminals have been roaming the streets for more than a month. Two offenders escaped from the fled Kgosi Mampuru II Correctional Centre in Pretoria last month.

One offender was serving 21 years for various violent crimes, including rape and kidnapping, and the other had a 20-year sentence for housebreaking crimes.

Correctional Services says it’s working with law enforcement agencies to make sure that the two are brought back behind bars.
