CONTROL ROOM SUPERVISOR (SECURITY)

We require the services of a Control Room Supervisor to join our team in a fast paced and energetic environment.

The main purpose of the position will be as follows:

-Ensure handover is done between shifts

-Complete posting sheets

-Complete shift reports

-Pulling control stats reports

-Updating of vehicle tracking

-Continual monitoring the alarm stack and assisting dispatchers

-Client Special Instruction loaded

-Manage a shift of 8 employees

-Enforcing discipline

Candidate Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

– PSIRA Registered with a minimum of an A Grade

– Min 5 years experience in the security industry

– Min 3 years supervisory experience

– Computer Literate

– Coretalk & Listener experience a must

GENERAL:

-Must be fluent in English (read, write and speak)

-Ability to multitask

-Ability to handle pressure

-Good customer care skills

-Good planning and organisational skills

-Clear criminal record

-Good contactable reference

-RSA citizen
